  1. Who can buy from Bag it Today?
    a) To be able to shop at Bag it Today, you should be above 18 years of age and legally allowed, by the laws governing in India.
    b) You need to have a valid credit card or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) issued by a reputed bank if you want to order by credit/debit card mode.

  2. I live outside India. Can I order for a delivery in India?

  1. What type of products do you sell online?
    We sell apparel, accessories (for Men, Women and Kids), watches, home decor, kitchen items, jewelley and other life style products.
  2. How do I understand which size will fit me? Do you have size charts?
    All branded products usually have standard sizes.
  3. What are the wash care instructions for the product I have ordered?
    Wash care instructions, wherever applicable, can be found on the product details page. Alternately, most garments come with wash care labels.

  1. How can I make a payment?
    Currently we only accept VISA & MASTER Credit Cards and Debit Cards of following banks:SBI, ICICI Bank, HDFC bank debit cards & Netsafe Cards, Axis Bank, DB, KYB, Corp Bank, IOB, Kotak (Net Card).We also allow for payments through Internet Banking, from most of the Banks. You may need to sign up for this service with your bank.
  2. Do you accept payment through Cheque /Demand Draft?
    No, currently we do not accept payment through Cheque /Demand Draft.
  3. Do you have Cash on Delivery option?
    Yes, we do have Cash on Delivery facility for certain products and in certain locations.
  4. When would the payment be deducted from my card account? Would I be charged as soon as I complete ordering online?
    Yes, an amount equal to your total order value will be blocked against your Credit / Debit card limit, as soon as you complete the transaction.
  5. Is Stop-payment allowed in case I realize my card has been misused or a purchase made fraudulently?
    You will need to report the incident to your card issuing Bank.
  6. What should I do if my Credit/Debit card has been compromised when I am trying to make a payment online?
    a) Please refer our privacy policy, which mentions that we do not collect or receive your credit card information, and this is collected directly on the Banks payment gateway.
    b) If you believe that your credit card has been compromised, then please immediately report the incident to your card issuing Bank.
    c) In certain cases where you are making a payment during a call, we will put you through an IVR where you are required to enter your Credit card number & other verification details. However this IVR is a secure network where your credit card details are not revealed to anybody.
